Job Description

Responsibilities: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contract documents, subcontracts, and amendments to align with company standards and legal requirements in (Arabic & English) Languages. Ensure accuracy and completeness of contract terms, conditions, and scope of work. Coordinate with legal and technical teams to resolve ambiguities and discrepancies in contract documents. Support the tendering process by preparing contractual sections of tender documents and bid packages. Review and analyze contractual aspects of the bids received to ensure compliance with company and project requirements. Participate in bid clarification meetings and provide recommendations to management.

Supervise contract implementation to ensure adherence to agreed terms, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor variations, change orders, and claim to ensure proper documentation and approvals. Track key contractual milestones, obligations, and performance indicators. Prepare regular reports on contract status, variations, and claims for management review. Maintain a comprehensive database of executed contracts and related documents. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering, Architecture, are preferable. Certification in Contract Management and/or ADR (e. g. , FIDIC, CLAC, MCIARB) is a plus.

5–8 years of experience in contract management within the construction/real estate development industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Solid experience with FIDIC conditions of contract and contractual claims handling. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, contract law principles, and procurement processes Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
