Job Description: 1- Serve as the highest authority on the project, representing TMG's vision and interests across all phases. 2-Define and lead the strategic direction of the project in collaboration with executive leadership. 3-Ensure full alignment of project goals with organizational objectives and real estate market positioning. 4-Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. 5-Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and requirements. 6-Establish and implement the project scope, schedule, and cost controls. 7- Lead and coordinate the day-to-day management of construction activities. 8-Monitor and control project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
9-Oversee procurement and management of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. 10-Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. 11-Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize costs and quality. 12-Lead project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders. 13-Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations for team members. 14-Foster a positive work culture, encouraging teamwork, communication, and accountability. Job Qualifications: 1- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale real estate or construction projects.
2- Proven experience as an Owner's Representative or in a similar senior leadership role. 3- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills. 4- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 5- Deep knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations. 6- PMP or other relevant professional certifications are a plus.
