Responsibilities: Prepare journal entries for all accounting and business transactions using SAP FI, and possess the knowledge and experience in using all T Codes related to SAP GL/AP/AR/AA sub-modules. Participate in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with Egyptian Accounting Standards. Take responsibility for processing and reviewing all daily accounting transactions. Reconcile differences in accounting balances with monthly and year-end trial balances. Prepare monthly special reports required by the company, including bank reconciliations, aging payables, fixed assets register, prepaid settlements, accrual positions, and more.
Process payments for due invoices to suppliers and contractors after reviewing and obtaining necessary approvals. Review reports to ensure compliance with all current tax regulations and related tax obligations. Prepare financial statements, trial balances, closing transactions, and monthly journal entries using SAP FI. Assist external auditors and fulfill all necessary requirements for issuing quarterly and year-end financial statements. Compare actual results with the budget and determine the reasons for monthly variances. Qualifications: Education: BA in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. IFRS Diploma or CMA Credentials is a must. Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, financial advisory, or real estate investment, focusing on financial analysis, due diligence, and deal execution. Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial concepts, investment valuation methodologies, and financial modeling techniques. Proficiency in analyzing financial statements and conducting market research. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Strong presentation and negotiation skills are essential.
Experience in ERP System, particularly SAP, is a must. Advanced MS Excel skills like statistical modeling, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and advanced Excel formulas. Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
