Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, market research, and feasibility studies for new retail and commercial projects. Develop robust financial models, forecasts, and cost-benefit analyses to support strategic decision-making. Evaluate investment opportunities, calculate return on investment (ROI), and assess associated risks. Provide clear, data-driven recommendations on financial structuring, funding strategies, and business viability. Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to ensure financial strategies are aligned with overall corporate objectives. Prepare and present feasibility reports, investment decks, and executive summaries to support leadership decision-making. Assist the Managing Director in annual and project-specific budget preparation.
Maintain a strong working relationship with the Finance Department to ensure alignment on forecasts, reporting, and financial planning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and feasibility studies, preferably within the real estate, or commercial sectors. Proven experience in developing financial models and conducting investment appraisals. Strong track record in preparing feasibility reports for senior executives and stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools. Familiarity with ERP systems and budgeting software (e. g. , SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
Strong understanding of financial structuring, ROI analysis, and project funding. High analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decisions at the executive level. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with finance and business development teams. Results-driven and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
