Position SummaryThe Sales Director will be responsible for leading and managing all sales activities for Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) in Muscat, Oman. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving sales targets for TMG's prestigious real estate developments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market in the Middle East, with a proven track record of success in luxury property sales. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company sales targets.
This includes market analysis, competitive research, and identifying new business opportunities. Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals. Foster a high-performance culture, set clear goals, and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure the team's success. Sales Operations: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure and after-sales service. Ensure adherence to sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Market & Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the Omani real estate market. Represent TMG at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs. Prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights into market trends, sales forecasts, and performance metrics. Financial Acumen: Manage the sales budget, commission structures, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or a Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the real estate industry. Proven experience in luxury or high-end property sales is essential.
Extensive knowledge of the real estate market in the Middle East, particularly in Oman. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented with a strong business acumen. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
