Follow up on complex customer cases when needed to ensure complete resolution. Accurately record and update customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken in the CRM system. Track and follow up on customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Ensure a smooth and satisfying customer journey from start to finish.
