This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is curious about recruitment, loves connecting with people, and is eager to explore the world of People, employer branding, and talent strategy. You’ll gain hands-on experience, work on real recruitment processes for both Portugal and International projects, and be part of a fun, collaborative team that will support your learning every step of the way.As a part of your job, you will:Support end-to-end recruitment processesParticipate in interviews and candidate assessmentsHelp organize and attend job fairs and employer branding eventsContribute to employer branding initiativesAnalyze recruitment data and contribute to reporting and insightsWork closely with various teams and hiring managersWhat are we looking for?Degree in one of the following: Management, Organizational Psychology or Human ResourcesInterest/experience in Talent Acquisition activitiesInterest/experience in dealing with various stakeholdersFamiliar with Microsoft Office toolsAdvanced English levelPersonal traitsReliable, resilient, and eager to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to adapt to different contexts, teams and ClientsExcellent communication and organizational skills Strong analytical and critical thinking skills A people-person with interpersonal and commercial abilities Curious, proactive, and excited to learnAt Celfocus, we are committed to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace.
