You’ll partner with leaders to deliver tailored recruitment strategies that align with our business goals and EVP.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate roles, from briefing to offer, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions.Sourcing Strategy: Use innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage high-calibre professionals across diverse corporate disciplines.Employer Branding: Champion Thiess’ EVP and “Make Your Mark” messaging across all candidate touchpoints, ensuring consistency and impact.Diversity & Inclusion: Embed inclusive hiring practices and proactively source talent from underrepresented groups.Process Excellence: Leverage recruitment systems and data to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.Market Insights: Provide market intelligence and benchmarking to support workforce planning and talent strategy.What You’ll Need To SucceedTo succeed in this role, you’ll bring a strong foundation in engineering or corporate recruitment, ideally gained within large or complex organisations. You’ll be confident managing multiple priorities and building trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business.
