If you’re eager to be part of a team that’s shaping careers and making a real impact from day one, this is the place to be.The RoleThe successful candidate will work primarily within the Talent Acquisition sub-team, with a key emphasis on graduate and intern recruitment. This role is pivotal in building a diverse and talented workforce pipeline, by engaging with early-career candidates. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Support the design and delivery of employer branding initiatives and creative sourcing strategies, tailored to graduates and interns, aligned with the Firm’s strategic goals and talent acquisition agenda.Facilitate internal approval and compliance processes, to ensure talent acquisition activities align with company policies and standards.Assist in the creation and posting of program advertisements, on various platforms.Coordinate, plan and participate in career fairs, campus events and other outreach activities to engage with potential candidates.Participate in interviews and coordinating assessments.Liaise with career services, academic departments, and student organisations at universities and schools.Actively participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of internship programs.Ensure a positive and professional candidate journey.Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our graduate and internship programs to ensure we attract high-quality candidates who align with our values and culture.Maintain accurate records of talent acquisition activities.Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends in recruitment, and apply insights to relevant strategies.Be involved in other HR activities, as needed to support organisational objectives.RequirementsUndergraduate degree from a reputable University in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4-5 years of experience in HR or related roles.Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with exposure to graduate or internship programs, will be considered an advantage.Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent computer literacy and strong Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent command of the English languages, both verbal and written.Team player attitude, a creative thinker and fast learner.BenefitsCompetitive remuneration packageProvident FundMedical coverage and life insuranceContinuous professional development and accelerated career growthGlobal mobility opportunities and international experienceFlexible hours and hybrid working (adapted to team-specific operational requirements)Friday afternoon off throughout the year34-hour week between July-September, including 2 afternoons off on Wednesday and FridayPublic Holidays falling on weekends given as paid Wellbeing Day off on the Friday beforeDress for your daySpecial types of leaveDeloitte Employee Assistance Program, providing 24/7/365 specialist counselling supportNeck massageSports teamsWorking Parents Flexible/Reduced Hours SchemePrenatal & Postpartum Support ProgramLactation roomNew Dad LeaveWedding & New Baby giftsFree parkingWhy Deloitte?Be the true you!
