Make It Matter.Talent Acquisition Advisor – Supply Chain HiringRole PurposeThis role is responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for the Supply Chain function (Manufacturing, Quality, HSE, Procurement, CS&L, Planning, Engineering & IL6s). The incumbent will play a critical role in building supply chain talent pipelines, managing senior stakeholders, and delivering a seamless hiring experience aligned to business priorities.Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition DeliveryOwn end-to-end hiring for all Supply Chain sub-functions: Manufacturing, IL6s/CI, Quality, HSE, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics & Warehousing, Planning.Drive sourcing, screening, evaluation, stakeholder updates, and offer closure.Ensure delivery of high-quality, diverse slates within defined hiring timelines.Manage requisition intake discussions, align hiring criteria, and ensure role clarity. Sourcing & Market IntelligenceBuild and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent mapping, and competitor research.Develop and maintain passive talent pipelines for critical SC roles (Plant, Engineering, Quality, HSE).Leverage market data to advise stakeholders on availability, compensation trends, and competitive insights.Use Boolean search, talent mapping, and industry targeting (FMCG/Food/Beverage/Manufacturing cohorts). Stakeholder & Candidate ManagementAct as a strategic advisor to SC leaders, Plant HR, HRBPs and functional heads.Drive strong stakeholder governance: weekly connects, funnel reviews, risk flags.Ensure exceptional candidate experience with consistent communication.Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and talent recommendations. Assessment & SelectionConduct structured evaluations and behavioral screening.Partner with hiring managers to define competency requirements for SC roles.Govern the interview process—panel calibration, scheduling, feedback compliance. Offer Management & Compensation AlignmentLead offer proposal discussions, ensuring internal parity, PIR alignment, and competitive positioning.Negotiate offers, manage counteroffers, and close hiring with strong acceptance ratio.Partner with Total Rewards/HRBPs on compensation, fitments, and internal movements. Compliance, Reporting & Process ExcellenceEnsure adherence to internal controls, documentation, and audit standards.Own data accuracy on ATS systems and hiring dashboards.Support TA transformation projects, diversity hiring initiatives, and process improvement.Experience4–8 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with minimum 2–3 years hiring for Supply Chain roles (FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Pharma Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors).Exposure to hiring for: Manufacturing, Quality, HSE, Procurement, Logistics, Planning, Engineering.Strong experience managing plant stakeholders or multi-site supply chain hiring.Strong working knowledge of ATS and CRM platforms (Phenom, Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo or equivalent) — including requisition management, workflow governance, and pipeline tracking.SkillsStrong sourcing capability (Boolean search, market mapping, LinkedIn Recruiter).Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate matrix environments.Strong communication, negotiation, and data interpretation skills.Understanding of SC competencies (TPM, HACCP, OEE, OTIF, IBP, WMS, etc.) preferred.High bias for outcomes, resilience, and problem-solving.Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.Success ProfileDeliver roles on-time with high-quality talent.Build proactive bench for recurring SC roles.Demonstrate strong business partnership with SC leaders.Maintain superior candidate & stakeholder experience.Drive data-driven decision-making and TA best practices.Within Country Relocation support available and for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer PolicyBusiness Unit SummaryMondelez India Foods Private Limited (formerly Cadbury India Ltd.) has been in India for over 70 years, making sure our mouth-watering and well-loved local and global brands such as Cadbury chocolates, Bournvita and Tang powdered beverages, Oreo and Cadbury Bournvita biscuits, and Halls and Cadbury Choclairs Gold candies get safely into our customers hands—and mouths.
