Job Description
The IT Technical Recruiter will drive full-cycle recruiting for a variety of technology roles, including software engineering, data science, cloud, DevOps, and cybersecurity. This position partners with hiring managers to define technical requirements, sources the best candidates, and manages the recruitment process from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment for IT and technical positions: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.Develop effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.Assess candidate skills and fit through structured technical interviews and assessments.Build strong relationships with business leaders to identify hiring needs and refine job specifications.Maintain talent pipelines for critical roles and proactively engage passive candidates.Manage all candidate communications, interview scheduling, feedback, and follow-up.Track recruitment metrics and progress, preparing regular reports for leadership.Promote employer brand at tech events, universities, and on social media.Stay up to date with IT labor market trends and compensation benchmarks.RequirementsProven experience recruiting for IT roles such as software engineering, data science, DevOps, cloud, or cybersecurity.Strong knowledge of modern technical skillsets (e.g., programming languages, cloud platforms, security frameworks).Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment managing multiple searches.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
