Talent Acquisition Associate

Location: RemoteExperience: 1–3 yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout The RoleWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support end-to-end recruitment efforts and help build a strong pipeline of candidates. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn the full recruitment lifecycle while contributing to the hiring strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and assisting with offer management. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting roles on job boards. Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate records. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support junior and senior TA team members with special projects or initiatives. Candidate Profile1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, social media). Strong organizational and communication skills. Eager to learn and grow within a recruitment team.
