Our client, is a NYC based Alternative Investment Firm (Hedge Fund) currently seeking to add a Talent Acquisition Senior Analyst/Associate. This is a perfect opportunity for an HR Analyst/Senior Coordinator/Talent Acquisition/Campus Recruiter coming from a large Financial Firm/Bank or rotational program who is looking to transition full-time into a dynamic HR Team with a collaborative firm culture.Essential Functions: (Includes but not limited to):Execute and oversee talent searches across firm with objective to assist in company-wide hiring initiatives partnering with various Department Heads Build and maintain a professional network of candidates and generate a pipeline of talent for current and future opportunitiesDevelop, implement, and coordinate targeted sourcing strategies to engage with active and passive talentAssist with new business development across fund, including but not limited to sourcing, vetting and procuring new talent for firmResponsible for involved in all aspects of the HR functionCommunicate news and vital information to staff.Develop, prepare, and analyze reports with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Manage Recruitment process: post ads on recruitment & professional websites; track, schedule and communicate with job applicants and agency vendors.Manage new employee onboarding process including background checks, orientation, benefits enrollment, and employee engagement.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; a minimum 2+ years related human resources professional experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration and applicable federal and state laws.Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to listen effectively.Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point.Ability to manage priorities and workflow.Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
