Job PurposeA Talent Acquisition Associate is crucial in supporting an organization’s talent acquisition or human resources department. The primary responsibility is to assist in the recruitment and hiring process to ensure that the company attracts and hires qualified candidates. Job Description Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. Conduct initial resume screening to identify qualified candidates. Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics, including booking rooms, sending interview invitations, and providing necessary information to candidates and interviewers.
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) by entering candidate data, updating job postings, and maintaining accurate records. Prepare and distribute recruitment-related documents, such as offer and rejection letters. Serve as a point of contact for candidates, responding to inquiries and providing updates on their application status. Communicate with hiring managers and interviewers to coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback on candidates. Ensure that all recruitment-related documents, including applications, resumes, and interview assessments, are properly filed and stored in compliance with data protection regulations. Assist in conducting background checks and reference checks for selected candidates.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, ferry arrangements, and requirements. Regularly update candidate information, including resumes, employee information, and relevant notes. Organize and categorize candidate profiles for easy retrieval and reference. Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the database. Job RequirementsMinimum 1 year of working experience in talent acquisition in any industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ATS software. Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
