Position OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Business Partner– Israel holds full ownership of all recruitment activities in Israel, ensuring that every hiring process is executed in alignment with ADAMA’s global standards, timelines, KPIs, and candidate experience expectations.Within this scope, the TA Lead will be directly responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for mid-level roles, leading the process from JD , sourcing & screening through assessment to successful hire.In addition this role will play a pivotal part in shaping and building the global Talent Acquisition strategy at Adama. The TA Lead will actively contribute to the establishment of a centralized TA function and drive key strategic projects and initiatives that support our global hiring vision and operational excellence.This role requires both strategic accountability and hands-on execution, ensuring that ADAMA’s hiring in Israel is efficient, high-quality, compliant, and aligned with global practices. The TA Lead Israel is part of the global team of regional TA Partners and as such, the TA Partner is also expected to bring local market insights, participate in global initiatives, and collaborate with peers worldwide.ResponsibilitiesOverall Ownership of Recruitment in IsraelEnsure that all hiring processes in Israel – whether managed directly or indirectly – meet ADAMA’s standards of quality, speed, candidate experience, and compliance.Monitor progress against recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction, etc.) and drive continuous improvement.Serve as the focal point for escalations, ensuring smooth and professional resolution.Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and interviewers to strengthen recruitment capabilities across the organization.Hands-On ExecutionLead hands-on/ end-to-end recruitment for mid-level roles: needs mapping, sourcing, interviewing, assessments, candidate engagement and closure.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future business needs.Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to the Israeli market, leveraging social media, direct sourcing, professional networks, and referrals.Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience at all touchpoints.Global CollaborationAct as an integral member of ADAMA’s global TA team, representing Israel in global projects, initiatives, and best-practice sharing.Apply global TA strategy locally while adapting to Israel’s market dynamics.Provide local talent insights to inform global TA strategy and decision-making.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Business, or related field.5+ years of hands-on talent acquisition experience, with end-to-end recruiting across multiple functions (e.g., Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, Legal, Operations).Proven ability to manage recruitment processes while ensuring quality and efficiency.Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated success in building pipelines and filling challenging roles.Experience partnering with and advising senior stakeholdersFluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
