Then support us and become part of our Talent Acquisition Team EMEA.In this role, you will ensure the smooth execution of an efficient and customer-oriented sourcing and recruiting process for our locations across the EMEA region. Your responsibilities will include:Detailed alignment of job requirements with business units and HR departments, taking into account local and departmental specifics, compensation structures, and overall process flowIndependently conducting market analyses and advising departments on open positions, sourcing channels, and strategic HR decisionsCreating and shaping job postings with a target group-specific approachCreatively designing and utilizing innovative internal and external sourcing methods (e.g., matching, pooling, active sourcing)Conducting selection interviews together with the departments using diagnostic methodsManaging subsequent processes such as offer management and onboardingBuilding and maintaining target group-specific talent poolsPlanning and executing recruitment marketing activitiesConducting training sessions and initiatives to support workforce expansion or, if necessary, reductionTaking responsibility for and participating in various national and international recruiting projectsQualifikationenCompleted degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Social Sciences, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experience in the field of recruitingExperience in international recruitingIn-depth knowledge of recruiting processes, tools, and methodsKnowledge of diagnostics is an advantageExcellent written and spoken Romanian and English skillsAbility to work independently and assertivelyStrong communication and teamwork skillsProblem-solving abilityZusätzliche InformationenSind Sie bereit, Ihre Karriere auf das nächste Level zu heben?Die Zukunft der Mobilität ist kein Job wie jeder andere.
