What Are We Looking ForBachelor's degree required.

2 years of experience supporting the recruitment function and various selection processes (resume review, phone screen/interviews, reference checks, job fairs, interview coordination, etc. ) Experience with high volume recruitment a plus. Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Candidate Management Systems (CMS). Knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. Strong communication and customer service skills required. Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
