About The RoleWe are looking for a Recruitment-focused HR Executive to drive our talent growth in Hanoi. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top engineers and tech professionals, while also supporting HR operations and administrative functions.In this role, you will partner closely with our Engineering and Product leaders to build strong, high-performing teams that deliver meaningful impact across Southeast Asia.What You’ll DoTalent Acquisition (Primary Focus – 70%)Own the full recruitment cycle for tech roles (backend, frontend, QA, product, design, etc.).Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria.Source candidates through multiple channels: job boards, LinkedIn, local tech communities, referrals.Manage candidate pipeline, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.Build LittleLives’ employer branding in Vietnam, especially in the tech community.Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.).HR Operations & Employee Support (20%)Support onboarding of new hires, ensuring they are set up for success.Maintain accurate HR records and assist in probation/confirmation processes.Ensure compliance with Vietnam labor laws and company policies.Office & Admin Support (10%)Handle contracts, equipment requests, and office-related coordination.Liaise with vendors (insurance, recruitment agencies, events).
