Each Valentino colleague is crucial to guarantee that every need in Valentino is met with mastery, creativity, uniqueness, and care.Valentino is looking for a Talent Acquisition Europe Intern who will be included in the HR Europe Department, based in Milan, and will support the team in the following activities: Support the recruitment process with for Europe Retail population (job posting, CV screening, interviews/assessment, on boarding) Support the maintenance and update of the Talent Acquisition reports and dashboards in alignment with Valentino metrics and KPIs Collaborate with local HR teams across European countries to ensure alignment in recruitment practices and employer branding Provide general support on the Europe HR team’s special projects and initiatives Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Humanistic subjects Master in HR will be considered a plus Previous experience in recruiting in multinational company or recruiting agency is a nice to have Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (especially Excel) Fluent both in English and Italian other languages are a plus. Interest and knowledge of the retail sector and fashion industry is a plus.
