Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong focus on both technology and non-technology hiring across diverse functions. This role requires proven experience in high-volume recruitment within a fast-paced environment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strategic approach to attracting top talent in Singapore’s competitive market.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle from job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer management.Drive both tech hiring and non-tech hiring.Execute high-volume hiring campaigns to meet business growth and project needs.Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce requirements and provide talent insights.Proactively source and build strong talent pipelines using multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.).Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline health.Stay updated with market trends and salary benchmarks to advise business leaders effectively.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.At least 3 years of recruitment experience in Singapore, ideally in both agency and in-house settings.Strong track record in tech and non-tech hiring across junior to mid-level roles.Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment in fast-paced environments.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS platforms.Knowledge of Singapore’s employment market and hiring regulations.
