The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while promoting a positive candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing to onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media.Conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes.Maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.Prepare recruitment reports and track key metrics.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.3–5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS tools.CIPM or SHRM certification is an added advantage.
