Join us and be part of a forward-thinking team that thrives on pushing boundaries and delivering transformative results.Position Details:Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive Company: HCLTechJob Type: Fixed Term ContractMode- OnsiteKey responsibilities:• Manage recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing.• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.• Find candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.• Update the ATS and recruitment reports.• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates' cultural and role fit.• Manage interview logistics, feedback collection, and offer rollouts.• Provide a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.• Assist with employer branding initiatives, including job fairs, social media campaigns, and talent community engagement.Qualifications and Skills:• Possess a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field.• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.• Demonstrates strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruiting platforms.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Capable of managing multiple roles and deadlines effectively.• Experience with ATS systems and recruitment analytics is preferred.• A proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented mindset.
