Role and ResponsibilitiesConnect with hiring managers to gain a deeper understanding of the role requirements.Ask thoughtful and probing questions to gather insights.Prepare a Role Understanding Document to capture details clearlyPrepare a clear Job Description (JD) with Key Responsibilities, Requirements, and Role Summary.Plan and help build a hiring strategy for the assigned role (sourcing channels, outreach, timelines).Post job openings on job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements - check if candidates have the right skills, qualifications, and fit well with the company.Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and managersCommunicate with candidates in a professional and friendly way, keeping them updated.Participate in interviews (observing or conducting, depending on need).Assist with onboarding activities for new hires.Ensure all hiring activities follow company policies, compliance standards, and labor laws
