Here at Conectys we work together to support each other in a common interest, making our customers’ success our own success.Your responsibilities:Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including referrals, job boards, and digital platforms, ensuring daily outreach targets are met.Conduct initial screenings and interviews, manage candidate expectations, and ensure alignment with Conectys and client standards.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain up-to-date applicant tracking throughout the process.Support onboarding by preparing shortlisted candidates, initiating pre-employment checks, and collaborating with the local HR and TA teams.Build and maintain candidate relationships through ongoing engagement, actively network within relevant talent communities, and stay informed on market trends and hiring best practices.What will make you successful in the role:To be located in Istanbul and available to work onsiteMinimum 2 years of experience recruiting for high-volume Contact Centers Operations, with proven success in sourcing and hiring talent.Fluency in English, C1 level.Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multi-tasked environment.Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.IT proficiency with MS Office Applications (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).Sounds good?
