Standardized Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruitment Consultancy)A fast-growth player in the Cloud Communications & B2B SaaS (contact-center and enterprise voice) sector is hiring remote talent-acquisition expertise across India. We work with enterprise and SMB clients to staff product, engineering, sales, and customer-success teams—delivering high-quality agency recruitment and market intelligence at scale.Role & ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for agency clients: intake, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer management and closure.Proactively source passive and active talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job portals and talent marketplaces to build strong pipelines for multiple concurrent roles.Conduct competency-based and role-specific screening to assess fit; craft concise candidate profiles and present recommendations to clients and hiring managers.Operate and maintain recruitment CRM/ATS records (timely updates, candidate stages, notes) and produce weekly hiring reports against SLAs and KPIs.Partner with client stakeholders to define role briefs, advise on market availability and compensation, and refine job specs for better match quality.Support agency business goals: meet placement targets, manage offer negotiations, ensure high candidate experience and strengthen client relationships.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveLinkedIn RecruiterBoolean sourcingApplicant Tracking SystemsBullhornNaukri RMSMS ExcelPreferredGreenhouseRPO or retained recruitment experienceTechnical hiring experience for software/engineering rolesImportantOnly candidates with current or prior experience in recruitment consultancies / staffing agencies will be considered.Benefits & Culture HighlightsFully remote position across India with flexible work hours.Performance-linked incentives and commission structure for placements.Opportunity to work with enterprise B2B clients and sharpen agency recruitment expertise.This role is keyword-optimized for agency recruitment professionals skilled in volume and niche hiring, ATS/CRM operations, and proactive sourcing.
