About the team:Monee is currently hiring interns with a strong aptitude for Talent Acquisition. Through this internship, you will play an active role in sourcing and placing some of the most highly sought-after talents. You will be exposed to numerous areas of campus recruitment, including talent mapping, employer branding and full-cycle recruitment. Job Description:Participate in the recruitment process which involves sourcing, screening, and selecting of ideal individuals for MoneeManage recruitment projects, which includes determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, mappingSchedule interviews with candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managersMaintain accurate and timely recruitment data and reportsOther ad-hoc tasks within the recruitment function as assignedPassionate about people, services and cultureRequirements:Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or DiplomaPassionate about people, services and cultureHave a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result-orientationDemonstrates exceptional communication competency, both oral and written, in a diverse cultureHardworking, highly accountable and reliableGood team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learnFull-time interns preferred, part-time interns who can commit a minimum of 3 days a week are also welcome to apply
