Job Purpose: As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will assist in the recruitment process and support onboarding activities for new hires. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and human resources.Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate further interview stages.Support the scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Help manage the candidate database and track recruitment metrics.Assist in the development and execution of onboarding programs and materials.Provide support in responding to candidate inquiries and maintaining a positive candidate experience.Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives.Required Experience and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English Language & Translation or a related field.Advanced English LevelEligible for Tamheer program. (Eligibility requirement: https://www.hrdf.org.sa/en/products-and-services/programs/individuals/training/graduate-development/)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
