If you are self-driven and keen to gain experience in a growing tech scale-up, then join our journey now as a Talent Acquisition Intern (m/f/x)!Your role and your tasks:You will support our Senior Recruiter in end-to-end recruiting of Tech and Business functions. You will:Get to know how end-to-end recruiting works in a fast-paced international scale-up.Learn how to use Recruiting tools like Recruitee, our Applicant Tracking System, to manage candidates and the recruiting process and LinkedIn Recruiter to source and message potential candidates.Screen applications, source candidates and shadow interviews for full-time roles, with the chance to take over your own positions overtime.Fully own the recruiting cycle for all internship positions: from reviewing CVs, managing stakeholders, conducting interviews to managing offers.Help ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout every stage of the process.Depending on capacity and team needs, support the P&C team with additional topics e.g. Employer Branding, People Operations or Office Management.Now let's talk about you:You are available to start as soon as possible.You are enrolled in a university and you are looking for a mandatory 6 month internship as part of your studies.You are highly interested in talent acquisition topics and general self-development.You are a confident self-driven people-person with strong interpersonal skills and a hands on mentality.You have the ability to organise yourself, your work and prioritise tasks efficiently.You are business fluent in English.
