This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end Talent process.What You'll DoAssist with sourcing and screening candidates across junior-level roles to build strong talent pipelines. Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including CV review, scheduling, interviews, and feedback coordination. Conduct initial interviews and participate in assessment activities for early-career profiles. Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team, including reporting and data entry. Collaborate on internship and early-talent programs, supporting logistics, communication, and candidate follow-up. Maintain and update the ATS (Greenhouse) to ensure data accuracy and process transparency. Support employer branding initiatives and university relations activities. Assist in the organization of recruitment events, workshops, or career fairs. What You'll NeedDegrees in Human Resources, Labor Relationship or related fields (Graduated or students)Advanced Level of English is a must.Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel).A proactive attitude with strong organizational and communication skills.Interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in this field.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
