With a team of 9 internal professionals and more than 55 consultants deployed to client sites, Delpath is trusted by leading organizations to provide high-quality, specialized IT talent and deliver results on critical projects.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to help us deliver outstanding Recruitment Services for a key Canadian banking client in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) program. This role requires a strong blend of account management, recruitment operations leadership, and client/vendor relationship management.The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of the IT staffing industry, experience managing MSP or VMS programs, and proven ability to lead recruitment teams to deliver top talent in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Recruitment Account Manager & Recruitment Managers to support the client’s recruitment life cycle.Work closely with contractors & consultants to provide timely updates on the contracts such as contract renewals, contract termination.Support the HR Manager with the onboarding of newly hired contractors / consultants / employees.Create & maintain effective spreadsheets.Learn to create & manage team artifacts including Issue logs, Interview Dashboards, Job Postings Dashboards, Daily Status Reports, Quarterly KPI Metrics, Applicant Tracking System Reports, Recruitment Audits, Action logs. Training will be provided on this.Host or Attend team meetings, & client meetings.Set up meetings, make reservations for senior management.Provide support with managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure new jobs are opened in the ATS and updated daily.Submit candidates on the client portal.Review & track updates published on the client portal.Learn the principles of candidate sourcing, candidate screening.Support coordinating background checks and contract renewals.Help Monitor recruiter performance, provide feedback, and implement process improvements.Support recruitment directly when needed during high-volume periods.Support recruitment manager with creating a Monthly KPI Report (Key Performance Indicator).QualificationsUniversity DegreeExcellent English skills, fluency in English is strongly preferred.Knowledge of MS Office Suite, and recruitment tools.Excellent organizational skills, & Attention to Details.Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities.Key CompetenciesClient & Employee relationship managementStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesResults-oriented with a focus on client satisfactionWork HoursCandidates must be flexible and willing work in North American Eastern Standard Time zoneWork LocationThis is a remote job and where a private workspace or office with strong internet connection is allocated for the purposes of this job. Video Team meetings will be held throughout the workday.
