OverviewStars and Strikes Family Entertainment Centers is one of the fastest-growing brands in the family entertainment industry, offering bowling, arcade, laser tag, and more across multiple locations in the Southeast.We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader to join our Support Team.This position plays a key role in partnering with upper management and regional leaders to recruit, hire, and retain top management talent across all Stars and Strikes locations. We take pride in treating our team members like family, fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace where everyone can grow, succeed, and make a meaningful impact.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & StrategyDevelop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality management candidates across all locationsLead the full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidatesProactively build talent pipelines through networking, job boards, social media, and partnerships with schools and professional organizationsMaintain and update job postings to ensure active and accurate listingsCollaboration & PartnershipPartner with senior leadership and regional managers to forecast staffing needs and maintain proper management staffing levelsHost and coordinate manager interview sessions, job fairs, and manager-in-training workshopsProvide guidance and training to location leaders on hiring best practicesBuild and maintain positive relationships with operations leaders to support ongoing staffing successCandidate ExperienceEnsure every candidate has a positive, professional, and engaging experience throughout the hiring processCommunicate clearly and promptly with candidates from initial contact to final offerRepresent Stars and Strikes as a brand ambassador at all timesData, Reporting & ComplianceTrack and analyze hiring metrics to identify trends and areas for improvementMaintain accurate recruiting records and ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policiesRegularly report hiring progress and staffing updates to upper managementContinuous ImprovementStay informed of industry trends and recruitment best practicesContinuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes for greater efficiency and effectivenessQualificationsProven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR leadership—preferably in hospitality, retail, or entertainmentStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment toolsAble to travel regionally as neededDemonstrates integrity, professionalism, and alignment with Stars and Strikes’ values and cultureWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and bonus potentialMedical, dental, and vision insurance (after 90 days)401(k) with company matchProfit SharingPaid time off and wellness daysTeam member discounts and fun, energetic work environmentCareer advancement opportunities within a growing companyAbout Stars And StrikesWorking at Stars and Strikes is more than just a job—it’s being part of a family that values teamwork, leadership, and fun.
