Senior Talent Acquisition ManagerWe build high-performance robots and core systems that power the next era of general-purpose robotics.Job DescriptionExecute end-to-end recruitment activities based on hiring needs, including talent sourcing, interviewing, evaluation, and reporting on hiring outcomes.Develop, manage, and continuously optimize recruitment channels to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring efficiency.Stay informed of industry talent trends, conduct job analysis, and build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline to ensure timely fulfillment of hiring demands.Track, analyze, and interpret recruitment data to identify key challenges and recommend actionable solutions for improvement.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, with a minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. Prior experience hiring for technical or engineering roles in the robotics or high-tech sector is highly preferred.Strong ability to assess and translate organizational and team needs into effective recruitment strategies and actionable plans.Exceptional communication, coordination, and relationship management skills; able to thrive in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.Highly self-driven, adaptable, fast-learning, and able to perform under pressure.Proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with teams and stakeholders in China.EA Licence No: 19C9807Reg No: R1982385 (GUO YUWENXI)
