Objective:To help the organization comply strategically with all Talent Acquisition tasks and objectives, that allows current business to continue, and allows for possible growth by guaranteeing that our teams perform a full recruitment cycle process for massive and specialized positions and that strategies are achieved on time, by meeting 100% of our fulfillment requirements, therefore positively impacting the organization's income and goals. Implementation of company policies and relevant labor laws also fall under the jurisdiction of this position.Requirements:Advanced English Speaker. Fluent in verbal and written English. (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.)Manage operating system in Microsoft Windows 7, 8/8.1 y 10.Basic Internet tools.Data management.Strategic alignment.Project management.Indicators management.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for creating and updating the Talent Acquisition strategy to ensure the high demand and very complex profiles.Responsible for delivering the hiring ramp plan for new businesses and organic growth, ensuring 100% hiring compliance.Responsible for creating and maintaining the country-required hiring capacity plan.Coordinate hiring processes for regional or global positions.Responsible for providing market and hiring inputs to consider new business viability in the countryEnsure full understanding of internal clients by participating in regular one one-on-one sessions or meetings and providing customized support.To provide the sourcing department with the current and future hiring requirements and collaborate with the definition and execution of the sourcing strategy.Conducts market analysis to identify market trends related to recruitment that will serve as a basis for making a sound business decision.To collaborate with the Talent Development team to identify TA Supervisors’ development needs and provide possible solutions.Provides guidance, training, coaching, and mentoring to recruitment supervisors.Coordinates with Executive Marketing & Communications the sourcing campaigns and ads and approves the final contentDesign, review and maintain expenditures within the budgetary guidelines.Evaluate and review HR tools, processes, and policies to ensure high-end deliverable to Operations in a constantly changing environment.Ensure KPIs are communicated and achieve KPIs effectively through managing and leading the team.To approve the respective bonus achieved in the team.Supervise and review all the functions created and managed by the Recruiting department.Responsible for controlling and approving the invoices related to the hiring process.To perform any other tasks, duties, or services requested by his/her immediate superior.
