Nova8's Talent Team is expanding, and we're looking for a driven self-starter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As Asia's fastest-growing NewLaw provider, we're on a mission to revolutionise the legal services industry.As a Talent Acquisition Manager, your role will include:Managing the full recruitment process for a range of positions within legal, ensuring a balance of speed and quality Identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier legal talent through various channels and platforms to fill live openings and build a strong talent pipeline Managing relationships with industry-leading legal professionals and being candidates' key point of contact, providing a seamless candidate experience throughout their entire journeyEnsuring the recruitment process is running smoothly and efficiently, and collaborating with the rest of the team to achieve high-quality resultsWe'd love to hear from you if you have:Proven experience in a high-performing agency on in-house talent acquisition or recruitment team (legal recruitment experience is a bonus)Ambition to grow within a fast-moving, scale-up environment - demonstrating drive, resilience, and a results-oriented mindsetExceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skillsA positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to collective successWe welcome applicants from a variety of seniority levels, as we are recruiting at various levels within the Talent Team.
