This is not your average TA Manager role - it’s a hands-on, fast-moving, globally focused opportunity where adaptability, resilience, and strong judgment will be critical to your success.About The RoleAs Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll lead a team of four Talent Acquisition Partners (three permanent, one FTC) working across multiple regions and time zones. You’ll be expected to provide strategic oversight, coaching, and operational execution, You will also get stuck in and run your own requisitions. This is not a pure people management role, it’s about balancing leadership and delivery.You will be helping to embed new systems, evolve how we work, and navigate a fast-changing environment. Things move quickly here, so we need someone who can stay calm under pressure, manage competing priorities, and stay productive when things are still being figured out.
