Role OverviewAs a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Officer, you will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent in Automotive Engineering. Beyond recruitment, the role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives such as internal mobility, university partnerships, and employer branding projects in a truly international and fast-evolving environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment processes across diverse positions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Monitor, analyze, and report recruitment KPIs, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement. Act as a trusted business partner, with the ability to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on processes, timelines, and stakeholder responsibilities. Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, coordinating with stakeholders to guarantee an engaging and efficient integration experience. Coordinate and contribute to cross-functional strategic projects, including: Managing internal mobility applications. Representing the company at student forums and career fairs.

Organizing student-focused events and employer branding initiatives. Building and nurturing partnerships with universities and schools. Key Requirements3 to 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally combining both recruitment agency and in-house expertise. Strong organizational skills, curiosity, proactiveness and sense of ownership, are key assets to succeed in this role. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team while managing multiple priorities effectively. Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

ToolsProficient in using ATS (Workday or similar), Excel, and PowerPoint, with Power BI knowledge considered a plus; Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or their equivalents is also highly desirable. It is a unique opportunity to build and contribute to new initiatives, reporting locally to the TA Manager and working closely with HRBPs, HR Operations, and hiring managers across all Business Units.
