As we continue grow across Asia Pacific, we are committed to building diverse, high-performing teams that drive our mission forward.As part of Lenovo’s Global Talent Acquisition Team, the Talent Acquisition Partner will lead recruitment efforts across the Greater Asia Pacific region, covering Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines, and Thailand. This role is pivotal in identifying top talent, enhancing candidate experience, and partnering with business leaders to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end recruitment for assigned countriesPartner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand workforce needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key functions including sales, marketing, technical, and corporate roles.Drive employer branding initiatives tailored to local markets.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Lenovo’s global hiring standards.Utilize data and analytics to provide insights and improve recruitment outcomes.Collaborate with regional and global TA teams to share best practices and align on strategic priorities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a regional or multi-country scope.Proven success in recruiting across diverse marketsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
