Whether it’s one hire or two hundred, your expertise will be key to delivering results.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to work on highly critical hiring across the teamSource, assess, and engage top-tier candidatesManage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboardingSupport with building out their EVP and Brand awarenessBuild and nurture relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive experienceStay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to adapt recruitment strategies accordinglyWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in in-house recruitment either in a Talent Acquisition team or via an RPOA background in hiring Tech or GTM positions (or both)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in candidate and client networkingInnovative thinker with a passion for recruitment tech and toolsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAdaptability to changing market conditions and client needsExperience providing data-based reportingHighly organised with strong attention to detailAbility to influence and drive changeSelf-motivated and able to manage own workload
