In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard a diverse and committed workforce. Your work will strategically and directly support our mission by ensuring we have the right people in place to deliver high-quality services to those who need them most.Key ResponsibilitiesThe primary purpose of this role is to source, assess, and select candidates who not only meet the role requirements but also embody our values—ensuring a strong alignment with our mission to support children, young people, families, and carers. Using best practice Talent Acquisition strategies, the role contributes to building a diverse, inclusive, and committed workforce that reflects the communities we serve.Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.Manage recruitment campaigns from advertising through to onboarding.Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and compliance checks.Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience.Maintain accurate recruitment records and utilise platforms such as LiveHire and Page Up.Provide expert advice on recruitment best practices and compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies.About YouYou are a purpose-driven recruitment professional who thrives in a people-focused environment.
