Our team is focused on attracting and recruiting the best talent for our business. Your work location will preferably be in Nordborg, Denmark. A hybrid work arrangement is available, allowing for remote work a few days per week.As a global business, we have team members located in the Germany, Poland, Mexico, India and Denmark. In Danfoss, we are on a transformational journey with a new operating model, and we are looking for a colleague who is a true advocator for growth mindset, thrives in a global setup, embraces challenges as opportunities, and can balance operational and tactical talent acquisition tasks while keeping a strategic perspective to attract and secure top talent.What You’ll Be DoingAs our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes in close cooperation with hiring managers and other stakeholders. You will act as an advisor and process expert while promoting Danfoss as an employer of choice. A key part of your role will be to ensure an excellent candidate experience.Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Build strong relationships with local and global managers, acting as a trusted partner in their talent acquisition needs, and understand their strategic objectives. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. Proactively source and attract top talent globally, utilizing various channels and tools, with a deep understanding of industry trends. Maintain a strong talent pipeline by anticipating future hiring needs and ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates. Facilitate team building and development initiatives to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce, leveraging business acumen for talent development. Lead activities to enhance candidate satisfaction, motivation, engagement, and retention, focusing on candidate experience and employer branding. Responsible for the daily guidance and task-management of our Student Worker, who supports administrative tasks and the student recruitment process.What We're Looking ForWe expect you to have a degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a good business understanding from a global company and working in a matrix organization. You have about 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience, prioritizing expertise in recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate & hiring manager experiences, and experienced in cross countries collaboration and drive end to end recruitment process in a global setup. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail.To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need A strong understanding of various Human Resources functional and technical areas. Skills in facilitating both virtual and in-person interactions, with a reputation as a trustworthy partner. Strong business acumen and a clear understanding of strategic business objectives. A proactive, forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate business needs. Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills, including effective negotiation and influencing abilities. The ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and cultures.
