This individual will be a strategic partner to our business and technical leaders, driving end-to-end hiring for a variety of roles - from engineering and R&D to operations, program management, and go-to-market positions.The ideal candidate brings deep experience recruiting in multiple EMEA markets, thrives in a high-growth, mission-driven environment, and knows how to balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution.What You’ll DoOwn and drive full-cycle recruitment across Shield AI’s EMEA operations, ensuring a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience. Partner with functional and regional leaders to define hiring needs, workforce plans, and go-to-market recruiting strategies aligned with Shield AI’s mission. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent across technical, operational, and leadership roles. Act as a trusted advisor on all things talent — from market insights and compensation benchmarking to employer branding. Collaborate with our U.S. and international Talent teams to deliver a consistent, values-driven hiring experience globally. Manage and mentor sourcing and coordination support where applicable. Ensure compliance with regional employment laws, data privacy standards, and company policies across EMEA. Track key hiring metrics, providing reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement. What We’re Looking ForMinimum 10 + years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth technology, aerospace, defense, or robotics companies. Proven success hiring across multiple EMEA markets and navigating regional differences in hiring practices and employment law. Strong background in both technical (engineering, AI/ML, autonomy) and non-technical(operations, business, G&A) recruitment. Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing through data-driven insights. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of talent mapping, proactive sourcing, and market intelligence. Experience using Lever (or similar ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter. Comfortable working across time zones with distributed teams.
