We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support a Family Office in Singapore with a wide range of hiring needs across Personal, Household, Hospitality and Lifestyle-related positions. This role requires a hands-on recruiter who is resourceful, discreet, and able to build strong pipelines for niche and highly personalized roles.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for family office across Personal, Household, Hospitality and Lifestyle-related positions.Partnering closely with principals and key stakeholders to understand evolving hiring needs.Source and assess candidates discreetly, with strong attention to cultural fit, trustworthiness, and discretion.Build and maintain networks and on-going pipeline for hard-to-fill, unique roles.Provide market insights and creative sourcing strategies.RequirementsProven recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to hiring for Household, Hospitality, Lifestyle, or similarly niche positions.Strong sourcing and headhunting capability for unconventional roles.Ability to work with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required to liaise with stakeholders and candidates.Office location: Bangsar South
