Talent Acquisition Partner

We are urgently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a company in Västerås. In this role you will support the recruitment efforts and ensure a smooth hiring process during a peak period. This is a temporary position for 2 months, start is ASAP.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.Partner with HR and business leaders to address pipeline challenges and enhance candidate experience.Utilize and maintain recruitment tools and systems for sourcing, engagement, and employer branding.Provide insights on market trends and contribute to talent attraction initiatives.Requirements:Proven long experience in talent acquisition and stakeholder management.Ability to work independently and deliver results in an innovative, collaborative and tech-oriented setting.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.Hands-on experience with Workday is strongly preferred.This role requires fluency in both Swedish and English.This is a full-time consultant position in Västerås through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 2 months limited contract.
