For more information, visit www.kyriba.com.About The RoleAs a Junior - Mid level Talent Acquisition Partner for tech roles at Kyriba, you’ll support our recruitment efforts for technical positions across the EMEA region. You’ll play an important part in sourcing and connecting with talented candidates, scheduling interviews, and helping to create a positive experience for everyone involved. Working closely with your team and hiring managers, you’ll learn about the tech recruitment process and contribute to our energetic and collaborative culture.Location: WarsawType of contract: fixed termKey ResponsibilitiesAssist with sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, etc.)Post job openings on various platforms and actively search for suitable candidatesReview resumes and applications to identify potential matchesCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managersCommunicate with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a positive candidate experienceSupport Talent Acquisition team with employer branding initiativesMaintain and update the applicant tracking system (Workday)Participate in job fairs, university events, and other networking opportunitiesPrepare regular reports on recruitment activity and pipeline statusRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or relevant experience)2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related areaInterest in technology and eagerness to learn about IT rolesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood organizational and time-management abilitiesAttention to detail and a proactive approachEnglish proficiency (other languages are a plus)Experience with MS Office; familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools is a plus
