This individual will partner closely with HR Partners, People Services, HR-COE and Hiring Managers to attract, assess, and hire talent that drives Pratt & Whitney’s mission of Transforming Aviation.What You Will DoManage the end-to-end recruitment process professional salaried roles including Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other corporate roles. Lead recruitment for internship and programs, ensuring alignment with campus strategies and early-career talent pipelines. Develop and execute sourcing strategies that leverage job boards, professional networks, social media, employee referrals, and IHLs partnerships. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, craft effective job descriptions, and define selection criteria. Conduct candidate assessments, behavioral interviews, and offer recommendations based on both technical skills and cultural fit. Represent RTX/Pratt & Whitney at career fairs, university events, and professional networking engagements. Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners by providing market insights, talent availability data, and hiring recommendations. Collaborate with the IHLs – ITE, Polytechnics and Universities on internship recruitment cycles, events, and conversion strategies. Ensure consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain data accuracy within applicant tracking systems (Workday or similar). Track, report and analyse recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, talent pipeline, source effectiveness, etc.) to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications You Must HaveBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering or related field. Min 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (corporate or agency), within manufacturing, aerospace, or engineering environments. Experience managing both professional and/or early-career/internship hiring programs. Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence hiring outcomes. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Qualifications We PreferExperience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other enterprise-level ATS/CRM tools.
