This role will report to Director, Talent Acquisition APAC. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team by providing a high level of recruitment support, and project coordination throughout the talent acquisition process. You will also be responsible for proactively reaching out to candidates through various innovative sourcing methods, creative campaigns, onsite events, and other networking platforms and telling our story. Speed is key in this role, but most important is driving world-class candidate experience through our process.In this role, you will…Ensuring fulfilment of organization’s recruitment needs in accordance to given timelineBe responsible for the entire life cycle of the candidate experienceBuilding strategic pipelines of talent for all business groups at Align in your region of coverageCreate a positive memorable experiences for each and every candidate by always going the extra mile and ensuring regular communicationAbility to function as a talent advisor, and expert in finding and assessing great talentCreating fun and interactive onsite and offsite events and campaignsEfficiency in process, overcoming obstacles and bottlenecks to allow us to be competitive in the marketplaceCollaborate and share best practices with your recruiting peers around the globeBeing a brand champion on all platforms, consistently sharing our opportunities and telling our storyCall, recruit, and source for all assigned positions both full-time and contactsWork with cross functional teams, work with global and off site peersPerform intake meetings with managers and build a strategy of find the best candidatesActively participate in TA / HR projectsProvide support to audit processes and quality management system as requiredIn this role, you’ll need …Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience in either recruitment agency or in-house recruiter; Recruitment experience in healthcare industry is highly preferredLanguage: English (written and spoken)BS degree or equivalent years of work experienceSelf-motivated and drivenA true creative mind for networkingAbility to focus attention to detailAble to work with agility and sense of urgency to deliver Talent Acquisition metricsGood interpersonal skillsRecruiter with regional recruitment experience is highly preferredExperience with Social Media(LinkedIn) and ATS (PinPoint) is preferredSound like a good fit?
