Undelucram.ro on behalf of:Raiffeisen BankWe're looking for an amazing Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team. We need someone who knows their stuff when it comes to finding top talent and can keep up with our deadlines.As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be in charge of the entire recruitment process. That means you'll work with the Hiring Manager to develop a recruitment strategy and take care of everything from understanding the business need, to interviewing potential candidates and onboarding new hires.Here's what you'll be doing:Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (from briefing with hiring managers, sourcing and screening, interviewing candidates, managing interviews) for various functions and seniority levelsAct as a trusted partner to managers by advising on sourcing strategies, candidate profiles, and market insightsEnsure a great candidate and manager experience throughout the recruitment journeyBuild and maintain strong pipelines of talent through proactive sourcing and networkingRepresent Raiffeisen Bank at local job fairs and internal/external hiring events.
