Join our team at Roche Turkiye Pharma and help us find the best talent to drive our mission forward.The Opportunity:We're looking for someone passionate about finding the best talent and,Partners with the business: You'll work closely with teams across the globe to find and attract top talent, handling everything from sourcing to hiringWorks independently: You're a self-starter who can lead or contribute to recruiting projects, whether they're regional or globalDevelops talent strategies: You'll create and implement comprehensive talent acquisition plans, including building talent pipelines and managing the candidate experienceCollaborates effectively: You build strong relationships and work well with colleagues across various teamsGuides hiring decisions: You help hiring managers and stakeholders choose the best candidates for their rolesManages offers: You'll oversee the offer process, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involvedWhat you bring:A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant fieldAt least 5 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, ideally within the healthcare industryFluency in both Turkish and English is essentialWho you are:Excellent at stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and partnering skillsYou bring high emotional intelligence and a quick learner, able to understand people and processesProficiency with applicant tracking and sourcing tools like Workday, Phenom People, and LinkedInA broad perspective with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situationsStrong talent evaluation and assessment skillsSolid business understanding within your areas of expertiseA proactive approach to sourcing talentWho we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
