We are rapidly expanding our use of AI—chatbots, voice assistants, document automation and intelligent lead qualification—to enhance every touchpoint in our customer journey.👤 About the RoleAs Talent Acquisition Partner – Tech, you will play a key role in scaling Yakeey’s tech organization. Working hand-in-hand with our CTO, CPO, and People team, you’ll be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top engineering, data, and product talent across Morocco and internationally.You’ll act as both a strategic partner and hands-on recruiter — crafting creative sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and elevating Yakeey’s employer brand within the tech ecosystem.🔎 ResponsibilitiesPartner with tech & product leaders to define hiring needs, role scopes, and candidate profilesOwn end-to-end recruitment for engineering, data, and product positions — from sourcing to closingBuild strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, communities, events, referrals)Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Yakeey’s culture and valuesCollaborate with hiring managers to design efficient and data-driven hiring processesContribute to employer branding initiatives and tech-community engagement (events, content, meetups)Track and analyze recruitment KPIs, providing insights to improve hiring performance and quality🎯 Qualifications3–5 years’ experience in tech recruitment within a startup, scale-up, or recruitment agencyProven ability to recruit for engineering, data, and product rolesExcellent sourcing skills and comfort with modern recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, AI sourcing platforms)Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsAnalytical mindset with a focus on efficiency, speed, and quality of hireFluency in English, French and ArabicCuriosity for technology and a passion for scaling teams in high-growth environments💡 Why YakeeyJoin a team shaping the future of real estate through technology.
