Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Baghdad for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage the full-life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, creating and posting job descriptions, reviewing applications, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires a proactive approach to talent engagement and building strong networks for long-term recruitment success.QualificationsProficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processesExperience in Hiring and conducting effective Interviewing techniquesStrong Communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to build and maintain candidate pipelinesStrong organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in applicant tracking systems or recruitment platformsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredPrior experience in HR or talent acquisition is a plusKnowledge of Iraq's local job market is highly advantageous
